Don Lemon is gonna have a “find out” moment, soon enough
Equal justice apparently isn't equal anymore.
It’s confirmed, the DOJ is basically willing to die on that hill to jail Don Lemon and yes, he will probably be charged under the FACE act, meaning he could be jailed for up to 1 year (first offense) for disrupting a church and violating civil rights law
And yes, both Congress and the SCOTUS have repeatedly told liberals and leftists that the 1st amendment doesn’t apply on private property, and a church is considered private property and a place of worship that is specifically protected under the civil rights act
So yeah, this is gonna be a fiery battle:
