The restaurant went viral on Sunday when it knocked the Huffington Post for publishing a piece saying “you’re not alone” for feeling that chanting “U-S-A” or waving the U.S. flag is a turn-off, telling the outlet “go f*** yourself” on X. Many social media users have praised the restaurant’s response, with one even posting his flight itinerary to fly from Chicago to visit the restaurant.
The diner also dismissed the snow in Maryland on Monday, plowing its parking lot and shoveling its sidewalks. The restaurant said its happy-hour prices will be in place “open ‘til close in the bar” on Monday since “we’re still celebrating” Sunday’s victory.
