First Lady Melania Trump’s box will be filled with special guests during President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address Tuesday night.
Trump’s honored guests include men and women of the U.S. military and “everyday Americans who have benefited” from Trump’s policies, according to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.
Pennsylvania wife and mother Megan Hemhauser is one such guest.
Hemhauser is a waitress and is “directly benefiting from the president’s ‘No Tax on Tips’ and ‘No Tax on Overtime’ policies,” which Trump signed into law through the “One Big Beautiful Bill” in July, Leavitt said on Fox News Tuesday morning.
The homeschooling mother of two spoke in December at a Pennsylvania Trump event celebrating the president’s policies.
“The No Tax on Tips is incredible. No Tax on Overtime is incredible for my husband, and it all comes back to our family. It saves us,” Hemhauser said.

Hemhauser and her husband “will be taking more than $5,000 this tax refund season,” according to Leavitt.
Erika Kirk, the CEO of Turning Point USA and widow of Charlie Kirk, will attend the State of the Union as a special guest of the president, The Daily Wire reports.
The central theme of Trump’s address is “America at 250: Strong, Prosperous and Respected,” the Wall Street Journal first reported. The speech, as prepared for delivery, will focus on Trump’s economic accomplishments for the nation.
Trump will honor a young woman during the address who has struggled with infertility but is benefiting from TrumpRx, according to Leavitt, adding that the woman is “saving $3,500 to purchase the drug for infertility to help create a beautiful family for her and her husband.”
