Who's accountable for the results?
Am I wrong in thinking most of the tariffs paid were passed on to the end user in price increases? Now those who paid the tariffs can ask for their money back, essentially "double dipping". But how do those who paid higher prices get their money back? Are we to expect retailers like Amazon to send us refunds? Something doesn't sound right.
